UPDATE Wednesday: Parks is back in her home after a housing court victory and personal apology from IndyMac's CEO. Her next day in court is Wednesday, December 16.

On Tuesday night, Dec. 8, in a freezing blizzard, Leslie Parks returned from her job to find that IndyMac/One West had changed the locks to her home (3749 Park Ave. in Minneapolis).

Latest (8/20): Anti-foreclosure activists crowd mayor's office; Rybak hides, doesn't support foreclosure moratorium.  "Call 311," says an aide.

Update:  An extenstion until July 10 has been granted and changes have been made to the financial conditions involved.  More details to follow.   Solidarity actions may still be needed, so stand by.
