Campus Antiwar Network to host Midwest Regional Conference April 18-20Description: Hundreds of peacemakers will converge at the University of Iowa in Iowa City on April 18-20 for the Campus Antiwar Network's Midwest Regional Conference. The Campus Antiwar Network is an independent, democratic, grassroots movement spreading like a prairie fire across the Midwest and the rest of the country. The Midwest Region of the Campus Antiwar Network has chapters at The University of Iowa, the University of Northern Iowa, the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Wisconsin State Technical College , the University of Illinois - Chicago, the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign, Northeastern Illinois University, Northwestern Illinois University, Ohio State University, South Daokta State University, the University of Cincinnati, and Kent State University. Special invited guests are scheduled to include Iraq Veterans Against the War and the RNC Welcoming Committee. The Campus Antiwar Network's Midwest Regional Conference is open to all interested individuals, organizations, and other relevant parties. Location
