This is the first government report on the fraud.
I was a depositor.
The names of the perpetrators are as follows: Rajesh Lahoti, Michael Council, Ray Brown, Matt Hernandez and Wilbur Ischie. Of course they operate under various DBA's they shed like snakes skin. They are the owners of Havana, Union Station, Axis nightclubs/bars/retaurants. They also own the Find Fred website and Bounce bar/nightclub in Cleveland and various rental properties here in Columbus and in Fort Lauderdale.
