NAI/OHIO EQUITIES BAD CORPORATE CITIZEN for Desecraton and Erosion of Our Hard Won American Way of Life. A rat is a contractor that does not pay ALL of its employees area standard wages, including either providing or making payments for family health care and pension benefits.

For nearly 100 years carpenters and contractors have worked to establish standard wages and beenfits which allow the contractors to make reasonable profit and carpenters to provide for their families with dignity.

Shame on NAI/Ohio Equities for contributing to erosion of area standards for Columbus carpenter craft workers. The OHio & Vicinity Regional Council of Carpenters has a labor dispute with Construction Systems inc, which has recently performed work at Huntington bank building. Construction Systems inc. is a rat contractor that does not meet these area labor standards.

The Ohio and Vicinity Regional Council of Carpeneters objecst to substandard wage employers like construction systems inc. working in the community. In our opinion, the community ends up paying the tab for employee health care and low wages tend to lower general community standards, thereby encourage crime, and other social ills.

The Ohio and vicinity regional council of carpenters believe that Nai/Ohio Equities has an obligation to the community to see that area labor standards are met for construction work performed on their properties.
